"The Lowdown website, set up to help young New Zealanders recognise and understand depression or anxiety, has put together an info page on their website for young people about feeling anxious and stressed about COVID-19, which includes:

  • Brief information about COVID-19, and links to more detailed information

  • What to do if you have symptoms of COVID-19

  • Info on taking care of yourself, the importance of staying home, staying connected with friends and relationships, and taking care of those you are with

  • Tips on what you can do to feel better, and what to do if you’re worried.
