On Track for Great Success

It has been a great privilege for Search The Way to see their participants achieve a large number of Awards, demonstrating that they are on track for great success in life! Every participant has shown great personal development and extended their skills to higher levels. We congratulate all participants for their fantastic achievements throughout the programme.

Special acknowledgement goes to two participants who stood out with their commitment and effort. We are very pleased to announce that the Morgan Durrant Memorial Award, for the Most Outstanding Participant on the On Track Programme was presented to William Galway. William has dedicated many years to enhancing his abilities and prowess in areas such as guitar playing, cycling, helping others in his local community and has shown a great love and competence in outdoor pursuits. He has achieved the Level 4 On Track Leadership Award and also recently was awarded his Gold Duke Of Edinburgh's International Award at a special Gold Award ceremony. At this ceremony William spoke on behalf of the Gold Award recipients present and made a fine speech. This is further evidence of his personal growth and increased confidence to take on challenges and excel. We are very proud of William and congratulate him on being the latest recipient of the Morgan Durrant Memorial Award - outstanding effort Will!

Alongside this, we also wish to give a huge congratulations to Kelly Jordan, who we are thrilled to announce, has been presented with the Most Improved Participant Award for the On Track Programme. Kelly has also been totally commited to improving her talents, developing her abilities and supporting others along the way. Kelly has an amazing personality and drive, which has and will carry on serving her well in all areas. We have seen her enjoy her photography, compete well in badminton, give voluntary service to the elderly and help keep her community tidy, and she has completed some great adventures with her peers. Kelly has been awarded the Level 3 On Track Leadership Award and is about to complete her Silver Duke of Edinburgh's International Award. She is a thoroughly deserved recipient of the Most Improved Participant Award and we have no doubt that she will go on to even greater heights and continue to make a positive impact on others in her pathway ahead - keep up your amazing attitude and application Kelly!

Aside from these two participants, we wish to acknowledge and give a big congratulations to all recent Awardees, many of whom are pictured above, with a photograph captured at some stage along their Awards journey. Every one of you has shown a willingness to improve yourself and contribute to others also.
