A Way Through For Youth

Set up to help youth based in the West Coast of the South Island aged 12-24 develop leadership and achieve individually set goals.  The On Track Leadership Award (OTLA) Programme is a challenging but fun programme designed specifically to enable participants to enjoy their own journey.  It’s all about setting and achieving goals based around your own interests, and then using skills such as perseverance, self-reliance, self-awareness, responsibility, and initiative to achieve your goals and demonstrate leadership.
